Long-term problems can be prevented by sleeping on a good bed with a solid base, a quality mattress and a good pillow. People who sit at work need to find the best position in relation to their chair and pay attention to where their monitor is. A classic office chair can also be replaced with a Pilates ball. It is also good to stretch your legs, even briefly, every hour. Professional drivers can help themselves with various back support cushions. Those who walk or stand a lot can help themselves by wearing quality anatomical insoles. No less important is eating properly and keeping your weight in check. You should also move regularly and, in line with your age, take up some form of recreation.

Besides work, all of this is affected by long hours of sitting in offices and cars and by a lack of movement.

There is a lot we can do for our health, starting today and without big excuses. Start by walking!
